‘THE APARTMENT(Room 1)’- 1 bright/spacious room

This room is part of a 3 room apartment. All rooms have separate entry and their own private bathrooms. It sits on the top floor of a 4-story building with a terrace-which is accessible for our guests. THE APARTMENT also has a fully functioning kitchen (shared), which is separate from the rooms. We may mention that the property does not have elevator service. This property is located less than 2 kms from the main town. We also have a care-taker for any necessary assistance. The space The room includes a large and comfortable spring mattress along with sofas, study table and chair. Not to forget a 43' inch smart TV for your entertainment. The room also has constant high-speed wifi service. KITCHEN: The shared kitchen is placed separate from the room and has a seating arrangement for 4-5 guests at a time. It includes all essentials items & equipment such as induction stove, fridge, microwave, cutleries and utensils. Since the Government of Sikkim has banned all single use plastics in the State, the kitchen is fitted with top of the line water filter for your convenience.
