The space This space includes: - Dining Space (Table with 3 chairs) - Kitchen (Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) - Bedroom (King size bed, smart TV, closet, dresser) - Living Room (couch, coffee table, Serta sleeper sofa, desk/workspace) - Bathroom (tub/shower, sink, vanity, and hair dryer) Guest access Entire place is yours for entire stay. Free parking is available during your stay, an unassigned spot is located right outside building entrance. Other things to note 1. There is no laundry facility on site, however several laundromats are within 2 miles of your apartment. We recommend WashWorld about a 6 min drive. 2. There will be lock out fee - $50, unreturned/lost key fob fee - $50 3. Parking is on a first come first serve basis in our open lot. There are no assigned stalls. Each guest/reservation will be able to park in one spot.
