Home in Omaha

My house is in the heart of midtown Omaha. It’s a craftsman home with plenty of character. I’m located 4 blocks from Nebraska Medicine (10 min walk or 2 min drive). Dundee, Blackstone District, Midcrossing, Downtown and Benson are either a short walk or short Lyft/Uber drive away. Berkshire event (CHI center) and College World Series (TD Ameritrade) events are 3.7 miles/8 minute drive. I am a foodie and will recommend only the best local restaurants and bars Omaha has to offer! The space Private bedroom on the main floor and guests would have to share the bathroom with me when I am home. The room is right off the kitchen so on days i work i do get up at 6am and although i do my best to be quiet you may hear me making coffee. I also have a different airbnb that is upstairs and may have guests upstairs. Please do not go upstairs. This is their space. Also if that room is booked upstairs they may be parked on the street in front of the house but you can also park on the street in front of either neighbors house. FYI the private room is where I keep my Madonna art. There are a few nude photos of her so if you get offended easily this would not be the room to book. Guests have access to use the kitchen/dining room. FYI i do have a dog that lives here. During your stay If i am home I love meeting the guests and love to offer advice on things to do and places to eat. I can also give you your privacy and space. Other things to note There are cameras on the premises. Outdoors and one located in the dining room and also one outside my bedroom door.
