Double detached garage parking & both sides of street parking are free and available to guests for the duration of their stay. Other things to note ★☆ House Rules ☆★ ✱ No pets allowed in the home or backyard premises. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate termination of reservation without refund. ✱ Guests account must have a verified phone number on their profile which will be checked prior to completing a reservation. If host cannot directly contact guests on their phone number listed on their profile, the host reserves the right to cancel the reservation prior to check in. ✱ No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana, or vaping) inside the home. A $400 cleaning fee will be charged if the interior smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking has occurred inside the home. ✱ A $400 rekeying fee will be applied if the garage door opener is not returned upon check-out. ✱ The maximum occupancy on this property is for 6 guests. Any additional guests that arrive without permission will be asked to leave. All guests must be declared on the reservation. ✱ Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy or check out procedures are not followed which allow our cleaners ample time before the next guests check in. Please be considerate of turnover and help us ensure a timely check-in for the next guests. ✱ There will be a late check-out fee of $50 if the property is not vacated 30 minutes after 11am. The door code will expire at this time. In the event that check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged an additional day at base nightly rate, but this does not permit you to stay the additional day as this could impact guests checking in. ✱ A damage fee up to the value of the item will be applied to any linens, cushions, towels, or sheets that cannot be laundered and stains removed. Black coloured face cloths are provided for removing makeup and a box of rags is provided in garage for anything of very dirty nature to be thrown out. ✱ A replacement fee up to the value of the item will be applied to any items that are missing or damaged beyond economical repair. ✱ Please remove shoes at the entrance before entering the house. ✱ Quiet hours are between 10pm – 7am. This is a quiet family neighbourhood, please be respectful of these hours. ✱ There is a noise monitor in the house that captures decibel levels and nothing more. If this is tampered with, turned off, or removed the host reserves the right to remove guests without refund. This does not record or listen to conversations. ✱ Do not flush anything but waste and toilet paper down the toilet, garbage cans are provided in each bathroom and at request a sharps container can be provided to be kept in garage.
