A home to suit all ages and groups, particularly families, The space Our home is family friendly, with everything both the adults and kids could want. There is lots of space to run around and play in the backyard. We have a trampoline,playground, cubby house and pool, so the kids should never get bored. Our home is full of Alexa devices with a Spotify subscription. So whatever room you’re in, you can play music using our subscription services or using Bluetooth. These devices can stream seamlessly together also. The patio- The patio area flows off the kitchen and dining area, with a Webber bbq, extra fridge, outdoor lounges, Dart Board, 32inch Tv with Amazon fire stick and Alexa studio. Kitchen- The kitchen is packed with everything you could need. Including induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, small built in steam combination oven, full sized oven, filtered chilled water at the sink, Nespresso pod machine, sandwich press, kitchen aid, 4 slice toaster, electric kettle Living Areas This home has essentially three different living areas inside, providing everyone with the space they need. Living area 1- 75 4K Tv with Apple TV including subscriptions for Netflix, binge, paramount, apple, Disney and Amazon. Small desk and large couch. (I can add a King Single Mattress on the floor in here if needed) Living area 2 This room is at the end of the house, and the main bathroom and laundry come off it. There is a 65inch 4KTv with Apple TV and sound system. 2 seater lounge and 1.5 seater. (If requested, I can swap the 1.5 seater with 1 or 2 single fold out sofa beds) Living area 3 This area is next to the kitchen and dining rooms and flows off to the patio area and has a large sofa and armchair. Main bedroom- Queen size bed, 40inch tv with Apple TV, drawers and an ensuite with two showers and reverse cycle air conditioning, Amazon studio. 2nd Bedroom Double Bed, cupboard with drawers and hanging space, desk, Amazon show 8inch 3rd Bedroom Double bed, cupboard with hanging space and drawers, desk, Amazon show 5inch, 55inch tv with Apple TV. 4th Bedroom Single bed, drawers, child’s desk, toys We may be in suburbia 25mins from Brisbane CBD, though with the well established trees in our huge backyard, you wouldn’t know it. With multiple living spaces, there’s room for everyone to relax. We have cute bantam chickens down the back of our property to provide you with fresh eggs daily and the kids just love them.
