Cozy Cabin in the Woods

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin in the woods. Do you like the outdoors, stay at this cabin and snuggle down in front of the open stone fireplace or grab your boots to take a hike, hit some four wheel drive roads, walk to the lake or take a bike ride, you choose. Is there snow on the ground? Grab your sled, snowshoes or skis, you can play in the snow at the house or go hit the slopes! Take your pick because there are quite a few great ski resorts only a short distance away. The space The space is warm and comfortable, there are tv’s in both bedrooms and a fireplace in the front room. The loft is a great place to get cozy with your favorite book , or if you would prefer to play a game, there is a game table downstairs next to a large picturesque window, great for watching the snow fall! Guest access The entire home is open to you, the hot water heater and attic doors are locked for safety purposes. Other things to note The cabin is located in the heart of the Sierra Mountains! During the winter months the weather and roads to and from can be unpredictable, there are many times 4wd and snow tires are required to get around. I highly recommend getting travelers insurance in case something happens that prevents you from keeping your reservations. I try to be flexible but I can not refund last minute cancellations. We are dog friendly for those of you that have to travel with your dog. We ask that you bring no more than two dogs, we provide a dog bed and two dog dishes. We ask that the dogs be kept off of the new carpet and the furniture so that it remains nice for all visitors. Also do not leave the dogs in the house unattended, if they are left unattended they need to be contained in a kennel. If the dogs cause any damage to the house, furniture or carpet (including any accidents) it is the responsibility of the guest to pay the cost of cleaning, repair or replacement of anything that was affected.
