Welcome to Studio Déesse, a studio ideally located on Rue de Lecat in Rouen, a stone's throw from the Prefecture and on the ground floor: perfect for easy access, no stairs, and a convenient stay in the heart of the city. Whether you're coming for a weekend in Rouen, a business trip, or a few days to explore the historic centre, you've come to the right place. Central location in Rouen From the studio, you can quickly reach the Place du Vieux-Marché (restaurants, terraces, shops), the pedestrian streets of the centre, as well as Rouen's must-see sites. Here, you can experience the city on foot: bakeries, mini-markets, cafés and other great places are just a few minutes away, as are walks through the typical narrow streets and historic districts. Comfort and amenities for a peaceful stay The studio has been designed to offer maximum comfort: modern decor, optimised space and a warm atmosphere. The sleeping area guarantees a good night's sleep with a 140×190 cm double bed. In terms of facilities, everything is provided: a functional kitchen (toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, etc.) and everything you need for a hassle-free stay. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You will also appreciate the smart TV and WiFi connection! Parking nearby Parking is easy around the property: you will find spaces in the neighbouring streets, paid parking areas nearby (parking meters close by) and free parking streets within a few minutes' walk. Linen provided Bed linen and towels are included. Concierge service & conditions The accommodation is managed by the L'ArchiDuchesse concierge service (10:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m. / 2:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.). Please respect the premises and the neighbourhood. A bank card imprint may be requested via a secure link in order to finalise the booking and obtain the access codes. Early arrival / late departure A single fee of €10 is charged for early arrival or late departure, subject to availability and prior agreement with the team. Guest access Travellers have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor. Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. They are from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departures must be made by 11 a.m. at the latest. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation. La cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, babysitting, gourmet boxes, tourist visit requests, event planning (marriage proposals, birthdays, themed rooms, etc.) and much more! When renting accommodation, it is important to follow a few rules to ensure that everything goes smoothly and to avoid any surprises with the deposit! Please treat the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€100 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
