The air-conditioned and glazed studio overlooking the pool is the 4th bedroom. The space The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with balconies, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a relaxation or work area upstairs. The air-conditioned and independent studio has a mezzanine sleeping area for 1 or 2 people, a bathroom and a breakfast area. Other things to note Both accommodations are located on our property. We are there on weekends to maintain the pool and respond to any requests you may have. Access to the cottage is independent and private. You have a large reserved parking lot.
