Bedroom 3 has a king bed and standard closet. All rooms are complete with a flat screen TV and fire stick set up with Hulu and Disney+. The backyard is your own private desert oasis with plush mature trees, a heated pool, hot tub, TV, grill, yard games, fire pits and more. Quiet hours start at 10pm. * Please be considerate of neighbors - this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Pets * This house is dog friendly with a 3 dog max policy. Fur-children must be potty trained, are not allowed on any furniture (including beds) and are not to be left unattended/uncrated. Crates and doggy beds are available. * Dogs not allowed in pool or hot tub. * Please no cats. * Fees: $100 per stay for up to 3 dogs. Pool + Hot Tub: * Spa is heated at no extra charge. * Pool can be heated upon request and is an addition $40/day. * No diving in pool. The deepest part of the pool is 5ft. * Children are not to be left unattended. Things to note: * Outdoor grill is fully equipped for both propane and charcoal grilling. * We have a zero tolerance party and event policy. * Pool service occurs weekly and yard service occurs every other Friday. * Property is equipped with a ring doorbell camera by front door and floodlight camera above driveway to monitor and record real occupancy, disturbances and emergency situations. Property also includes a NoiseAware monitoring system. This system does not record sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).
