In the heart of the historic district of the slopes of the Croix Rousse, and close to the main points of interest of Lyon, the apartment "Le Lyon d'or" has just been completely renovated and has all the comforts and amenities necessary for you to have a great stay. The space Ideally located in the Pentes de la Croix-Rousse neighborhood, close to the Hôtel de Ville, the apartment is near the Croix-Rousse neighborhood (5-minute walk), Place des Terreaux and the Opéra (also a 5-minute walk), and the Line A metro, which takes you directly to Place Bellecour and Confluence. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a very quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the 1st arrondissement. For your utmost freedom, self check-in is possible using a key box. Ideal for 2 people, it is also suitable for 3 or even 4 people thanks to a very comfortable sofa bed. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV, a 140 cm sofa bed with a quality mattress, and a dining area. - a kitchen with all the necessary dishes, a stovetop, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle. - A mezzanine bedroom (please note: 154 cm ceiling height and fairly narrow access stairs) with a 140 cm bed with a quality mattress and storage space with hangers - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer For your convenience, we provide: - High-speed Wi-Fi - Linens and towels - Kitchen: welcome basket with a few coffee capsules and a few tea bags, oil, salt, pepper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dish towel, garbage bags. - Bathroom: shampoo and shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer. - Welcome booklet introducing you to local shops, places to visit, and recommendations for restaurants and bars. Other things to note Please note that the room is on a mezzanine (height 154 cm), accessible via a slightly narrow staircase, so not practical for tall people or people with reduced mobility. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Parties are forbidden (for information, a cigarette smoke and decibel sensor is present in the accommodation). No pets allowed. Finally, the accommodation is difficult to access for people with reduced mobility because it is only accessible by stairs, without an elevator, and in a sloping area.
