7 Kanuka Rise is a unique rural property, consisting of a large 3-bedroom house with a sauna and a spa bath. It has a large shared garden and a private porch and BBQ area with flower garden to the rear. There is an abundance of fruit trees in the gardens to help yourself to. There is an indoor pool, however it is solar heated and does not reach a swimable temperature during the winter months. The space The house has a large open plan living area, one large master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms each with a queen bed. There are two bathrooms with shower, a 2-person sauna, laundry facilities and a spa bath in the indoor pool area. Guest access Guests will have private access to the house, pool area and back yard. There are private entrances at the front and rear of the house and ample free parking. Other things to note - The house is situated between two other occupied residences, lovely families with primary school aged children. - Phone reception is weak in the house but Wi-fi calling is possible and we have Starlink internet which is reliable and highspeed. - Ten friendly, free-range chickens roam the property but do not come near the house.
