Play ping-pong in basement or lounge in open concept living room with your favorite beverage can also be experienced when you choose to stay at the Waterfront Terrain! The space Waterfront Terrain is an English Cottage & Garden styled home where you and your loved ones can relax and make great memories. Having completely demolished the old cabin, this newly built space was created with you in mind! ATTRACTIONS l This space is only 30 minutes from major Lancaster County attractions like Spooky Nook, Dutch Wonderland, the Tanger Outlets, Sight & Sound Theaters, and 40 min. from Hershey, PA! You’ll enjoy the views to and from places! KITCHEN l The Kitchen is FULLY equipped with an air-fry capable stove and microwave. Built in dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with easy access to water and ice. Coffee & Tea are provided, along with basic household staples like dish detergent, trash bags, broom, dustpan, step-stool (located in master bedroom closet and under the sink). Enjoy the french press, coffee maker, and tea kettle. Everything you may need to cook, bake, and eat with for up to six people is available. LIVING AREA l Get comfortable on the sofa and chairs facing the fireplace. Read a book, journal, or play a game around the coffee table. MASTER BEDROOM l On the first floor across the Main Bathroom, enjoy a good nights rest on this simply styled room with a Queen bed, night tables, and an Amish built desk. It also has a large mirrored closet with an ironing board and Iron for your convenience. Bed have linen already made. THE OPEN COCEPT LOFT l Enjoy the views of the loft with its two queen sized platform beds and the amazing views of the outdoors and living area below. There is no door to provide privacy in this space but it’s perfect for older children! BATHROOMS l The Main Bathroom will remind you of a spa, with its whirlpool soaking tub and optional heated backrest. You will also enjoy the open concept shower with rain shower head. Towels and washcloths are provided for. Make up washcloths are available. The Basement Bathroom is a garden inspired bathroom with a tub, handheld shower accessory, and white terra cotta tiles. BASEMENT l Enjoy the entertainment corner with a smart TV, and a shelf with games and puzzles for family connections! Small DVD player with a selection of movies you can enjoy! Garden Bedroom l This Basement Bedroom is right next to the bathroom and has a window that faces a historical stone Lyme Kiln. TINY HOUSE l Made specifically for your little ones, this space has toys and books that your children will absolutely enjoy playing with! Laundry l The stackable Washer and Dryer features a smart dispense, with detergent already in it ready for your convenience. Dark towels are available to use, especially for outdoors activities. WIFI l We are grateful to have Starlink Internet that streams movies well. Phone service or WiFi can be a hit or miss so don’t plan on working while on vacation! But that’s in rare occasions! Guest access Waterfront Terrain is set on 2 acres of land surrounded by mature trees, a creek, and grassland. Indoors you will enjoy the large windows, lighting options, and raw wood features throughout the house. If you're visiting during the cold seasons, you will greatly enjoy the open fireplace that will be perfect for quiet rest! Other things to note RULES NO UNAPPROVED GUESTS Allowed prior notice.
