The single level stylish villa unit consists of solid timber floors, white walls throughout & exposed timber beams in the Open plan kitchen/living spaces & the 2nd bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes plantation shutters, stone bench tops, under mount sink, cook top, dishwasher, oven, microwave, family size stainless steel fridge/freezer and all the kitchen utensils you will need. Gas hot water. The living room consists of a modular sofa with a 65 inch Smart TV with Chromecast & WIFI. The expansive undercover decked courtyard is drenched by natural sun light providing a peaceful setting with a wide open private & lush outlook, styled for year round comfort & entertaining with comfortable lounge chairs, dining table & 4 dining chairs. This area is accessed by sliding doors from the living room. (Beyond the deck is a small area which is not undercover) The Master bedroom consists of a Queen size bed with a quality luxury Tempur Mattress, bedside tables, ceiling fan, TV with Chromecast. Second bedroom has vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan, brand new Double Glazed Window, block out blind, external sun-out blind, a Queen size bed & bedside tables. The modern bathroom has a glass frameless shower screen, vanity & toilet. Beautiful linen and towels are provided with duvet/doona & a variety of different types of quality pillows. Laundry - there's an concealed laundry cupboard with washing machine and storage shelving. An ironing board & iron are also available. The villa is set back from the street providing peace & privacy, suitable to a variety of guests including singles, couples & families with children. Reverse-cycle air conditioning for year round comfort, you will love your stay here in complete comfort while you enjoy Bayside surrounds, including the BEACH (within walking distance, 20 min) at the end of North Road. Overall, this is a place to come home to and relax whilst enjoying the comfort and space of this peaceful haven. There is off street car parking for 2 cars & the car spaces are located outside the front door of the unit. Guest access We like to be there to welcome you, show you around the unit and provide you with the keys for your stay. Should we not be able to be there for any reason, you will be able to let yourselves in, however we're always available to all our guests, it's important to us that our guests are comfortable at all times. Other things to note BP Service station & KFC is a 3 min walk. Close by are fabulous cafes, bars & shopping in Martin St, Bay St & Church Street in Brighton. Church Street is the local hub for premium fashion brands, children’s clothing boutiques, shoe shops, homewares stores & florists. It’s also home to Palace Cinemas Dendy Brighton, quality restaurants & cafes such as the always-buzzing Pantry. Local pubs, such as the long-standing Half Moon & Nearby in Bay Street, you’ll find every amenity from supermarkets to bakeries, pharmacies to newsagents, greengrocers and popular Hotel Brighton When in Melbourne, there's nowhere else to stay, centrally located in between popular suburbs Brighton, St Kilda & Elwood.
