Welcome to this playful 70's themed dungeon in historic Hamilton Heights. This groovy pad has a clawfoot tub AND a stripper pole in the living room. You will be: 5 min walk to A, B, C, D and 1 train 10 min bike ride to central park 20-35 min by Metro or taxi to the Lower East Side, Time Square, and SoHo ✓ Fast Wifi ✓ Half bath ✓ Full kitchen ✓ Coffee + tea station ✓ Disco ball + LED lights ✓ Record player + smart speakers ✓ Lots of cute local coffee shops, bars, & delicious restaurants ❤ The space Space is located between City College, Hamilton's House, Riverbank State Park, and St. Nickolas Park. This creative play space has a hand-painted mural and BDSM-themed paintings on the wall. There's a wall full of toys and tools if you're into that kind of thing just remember there are neighbors so always be considerate! The space is photoshoot friendly and looks great from multiple angles. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen, living room and second bathroom to shower. Do eating or drinking anything but water on my pink velvet couch please! AND NO SMOKING on my couch <3 During your stay Happy to offer reccomendations for things to do and places to visit in NYC! I’m happy to accommodate early check-in or late-check out requests at a fee when possible and based on the cleaning schedule. Please let me know in advance for a higher chance to be approved. There is a washer and dryer available for guest use in the basement. To use it you must pay with a credit/debit card. If you use any tools or toys from the wall be sure to leave them on the floor or clean them before you put them back on the wall. LASTLY While the room does have a half bath, the bathroom you will shower /bathe in is shared with one other roommate.
