The space A kitchen, separate dining room for six, large open living room with three couches and game table, two comfortable bedrooms, and two large decks combine to create a serene and comfortable space. This home is decked out with modern amenities but preserves the original 1940's charm and architecture. The large living room complete with a 50inch T.V., and lake views opens onto a large deck perfect for relaxing. Here's the sleeping situation: Master on the second floor- 1 Queen Bed Guest bedroom on the second floor- 1 Queen Bed Living Room- 1 Pull out sofa Here's a few common questions and answers that will help you decide if the Canoe Club is a good fit for your getaway. Is the Canoe Club the right place for children? We've had several families stay with us, and they've found the house perfect for children. There's ample entertaining space on the main floor, plenty of room upstairs for privacy, and access to Webster Lake is the ideal place for fun. Can we cook at the Canoe Club? Yes! You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils. If you're unsure about what we might have, ask us. The range and oven give you the ability to whip up a meal for six or a beautiful brunch to be enjoyed on the deck. You'll have no problem feeding the hungry vacationers. We provide a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave. Should I bring linens or towels? Nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. Our linens will rival any hotel, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. We provide linens for all beds, and we wash every piece of bedding before your visit. We'll also make sure there are plenty of towels for everyone. What's the television/movie situation? T.V. is optional at the lake, but you won't miss anything on our 50 inch H.D. T.V. on the main level. Want to watch a movie? We have Netflix. Are you looking for cable channels? Not a problem; we have YoutubeTV. What kind of experience can my pet expect? We love dogs, and we understand how hard it can be to travel when you have to leave your furry friends at home. Bring them along to enjoy the fun! Take them for a nice walk around the lake. Please note: The front of the house has video cameras to monitor the area. Guest access Step into your private oasis and enjoy full access to the charming home and lush yard. Just steps away, the right of way to the water offers a seamless launch for your canoe, kayak, or stand up paddle board, and with two pristine public beaches just a short stroll down the street, you'll have everything you need for the ultimate summer escape. Other things to note The maximum number of cars we can park at this location is two. There is access to the garage but large vehicles will not fit in the space. There is lake access through a small area across the street from the house. It's great for launching a canoe or paddle board. Please use the public beach (about a 10 minute walk) for relaxing next to the water and Swimming. Portable Air conditioning is for the bedrooms on the second floor and not available in the living room. Accessibility Information Please note that guests are required to climb both exterior stairs and additional stairs to enter the house. This property is not suitable for individuals with mobility challenges.
