New fire pit! Text for firewood. The space This fully rehabbed guest suite is 3 beds, 1 bath with 1000 square feet and is the second half of my home composed of a partial first floor and basement. I recently moved out of the upstairs unit so it is completely vacant. The space is completely private with a separate entrance and no shared spaces. The property is furnished with queen beds in two of the bedrooms and a twin in the third. The third bedroom also has a desk for a workstation. The backyard includes a fire pit area with chairs and lights for perfect sunset drinks and morning coffee. The property also features decorations, chairs, TV, and everything you would expect from a typical AirBnB stay! Please DO NOT smoke or vape in the home. There will be a fee for any damage from smoking in the home. Guest access Guests will access the suite through the French Doors next to the garage with a keypad entry. The code will be given to the guest 24 hours before their stay. Other things to note The host, girlfriend and their dogs may be in the upstairs of the home at the same time as your stay and you will be able to hear us moving about during the day. Also note that the basement has lower ceilings in some areas and anyone over 6 feet 3 inches may have to duck in some areas including the shower.
