Our beautiful home offers 3 bedrooms/ 2 lofts / living room and family room house comfortably accommodate 10: 1) Bedroom # 1 is king size bed 2) Bedroom #2 is bunk bedroom has twin size bed and full size bed 3) Bedroom #3 is full size bed and ottoman that converts to twin size bed (loft) - MUST notify owners if twin bed will be used so proper bed arrangements can be made 4) Bedroom #4 is queen size bed (loft) 5) Bedroom #5 is queen size bed The cabin has 2 levels connected by an internal staircase and may not be safe for unsupervised toddlers. We provide 3 child gates and will supply electrical outlet covers upon request. Feel free to use our pack and play (bring your crib sheet) and Peg Perego booster seat. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. Decks off front and back. Mountain views, with hiking, skiing and sledding right outside the door. Newly installed AC will keep you cool during hot summer days. We will be responsible for snow shoveling (if needed) prior your arrival. The Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will close for an indefinite period starting Monday July 21, 2025, to make way for the new clubhouse and facilities. Demolition will start straight away, and the contractor expects the new clubhouse to be ready by December 31st, weather and other conditions permitting. Our property is located near Heavenly's Stagecoach Lift and offers convenient access for ski enthusiasts. On a typical day, it’s just a short, easy 10-minute walk to the lift. During big snow days or in a heavy snow year, you can even ski back to the property along the side of the road, adding an extra touch of adventure to your stay. Please note that this route may not be suitable for beginner skiers, as it requires some confidence on skis. Whether you're walking or skiing, you'll love the close proximity to the slopes! Guest access The house has a beautiful views and fairly long staircase (64 steps). We do not offer same-day refunds because someone in your party cannot climb the stairs. This is a wonderful, well thought out space, fully equipped with supplies and everything you could possibly need during your time in Tahoe and we will take great care of you once you reach the top of the stairway to our Heavenly home. Smoking includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Nightly rate includes all applicable taxes and fees. Guest will be responsible for damages caused during stay. Internet options are limited.
