Our home is set on 6 sprawling acres with a lake in front and a private pond in back. Get ready for breathtaking lakefront and mountain views, bird watching & wildlife. Toast s'mores by the fire pit or cuddle by the indoor fireplace after a day of skiing; in the summer, watch hummingbirds on the porch, BBQ and go fishing/boating steps away. Cozy home with beautiful views spread over two floors. The house can comfortably fit 8 adults OR 6 adults and up to 4 children across the 3 queen bedrooms and the twin bedroom. 1st floor: - living room with fireplace - fully stocked kitchen (Nespresso and Keurig coffee machines; Instant Pot; microwave; toaster oven; Zojirushi hot water dispenser) - 1 full bath with washer/dryer - 2 bedrooms (both with queen beds) 2nd floor: - 2 bedrooms (queen bed with desk area; 2 twins and 2 trundles) - 1 full bath Enjoy the house and the nature on the 6 acres. Please note that the garage, pole barn and green barn are not accessible for guests. We will not be onsite but our property manager Tricia and I will be reachable and available for any questions during your stay House is in Lexington but maps as Prattsville. 15 min to both Hunter and Windham Mountains. Centrally located starting point for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking and fishing. Step out of the house to access the lake just in front of you. Drive, hike or bike to nearby trails and charming towns (15 minutes to both Windham and Hunter; 22 minutes to Tannersville; 25 minutes to Phoenicia; 30 minutes to Belleayre; 45 minutes to Woodstock; 50 minutes to Hudson and Kingston). Ample parking on property. Please remove shoes indoors. Not a party house, no parties please, no extra guests. No smoking. There is a lake and private pond on the property. Use of the lake and pond is at your own risk, and all guests must sign a liability waiver before arrival. Please use the utmost care and caution with your children. Pets are welcomed but we ask that they do not go into the carpeted areas of the house (bedrooms and upstairs).
