The house is only ten short minutes away from Sunday River and has off street parking for 4 vehicles. Use the 2 car garage to keep your vehicles clear of all the snow Maine gets every winter. There is a 500 fee for not registering pets The space On the first floor you’ll find a very spacious living room with seating for 9 on the couches and some comfy extra seating alongside the couches for additional people. The living room has a 60 inch flat screen smart TV. There’s also a bonus room attached to the living room with some seats, a fireplace and an air hockey table. The kitchen, dining room, one bathroom and one bedroom are also all on the first floor. On the second floor you’ll find 4 large bedrooms along with an additional full bathroom. All 5 bedrooms have blackout blinds to prevent the sun from disrupting your sleep!! The two car garage can be used to keep your vehicles free of any snow. Guest access The entire house and garage space. Other things to note The cleaning fee covers a standard cleaning. If you make a mess please clean it up to prevent extra cleaning charges. We have a portable backup generator along with water to flush the toilets & candles incase of a power outage. We do not offer refunds due to the area losing power. Bring your firewood we have a fire pit !!
