It’s a small black keypad. Once you enter the complex and the house, you will find an entrance card that you can carry in your car to enter the complex. To exit, just drive slowly to the exit gate, and gate should open, no need for the proximity card. Don't forget to leave card at the end of your stay. An extra fee will be charged if you accidently take the card and don't return it.
