This home is centrally located near all things fun and exciting to do in Cumberland. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Western Maryland mountains. Minutes from historic downtown, the Potomac River, Rocky Gap State Park, Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburg Medical Center, the C &O canal and much more. This home features 2 bedrooms with queen size beds both with 55" TV's and blackout curtains, a large separate dining room, a spacious kitchen, and living room with a 65" TV. This house provides all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you might need to prepare a meal. There is coffee, sugar and creamer for the coffee lovers & a variety of tea if coffee isn't your thing. There is a crock pot, blender, and mixer also. All the rooms have charging stations and up to date three prong sockets and a sound machine. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body soap, toilet paper, q-tips, and cotton balls. If you forgot your toothbrush & toothpaste, no worries, I have extras. The backyard is small but fully fenced. There is a bench and small table in the backyard along with a hammock. The front porch has two chairs and a small table. There is a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement/garage with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Extra towels, wash cloths, and blankets are also available in the bedrooms. There is no need to load up on a bunch of household items as this home has it all! I live in the area and can be reached via phone or text at anytime. Quiet residential neighborhood minutes away from historic downtown Cumberland. You can walk or bike to the C&O canal or the popular steam engine train as it is less than a mile away. There is a bike path on the bridge as it filters into downtown that is a block away from the street where the home is located. Parking is available directly in front of the home. The street is extremely narrow, so try to park as close to the curb as possible. There is a small driveway and parking is available if you drive a small car. I do not recommend parking a low-profile car as you may scrap the bottom of your car. Best way to get around is by car but you are close enough to bike or walk to downtown. The house is not conducive to accommodating persons who have trouble climbing stairs. The entrance of the home is by stairs and both bedrooms are upstairs. Absolutely no smoking in the home and no parties. There is limited parking in front of the residence, and the street is narrow. One small car would fit in the driveway and one or two cars in front of the home.
