This home is centrally located near all things fun and exciting to do in Cumberland. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in the Western Maryland mountains. Minutes from historic downtown, the Potomac River, Rocky Gap State Park, Pennsylvania, the University of Pittsburg Medical Center, the C &O canal and much more. This home features 3 queen beds, 2 bedrooms both with 55" TV's and blackout curtains, a large separate dining room, a spacious kitchen, and living room with a 65" TV. The space This house provides all the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully functional with everything you might need to prepare a meal. There is coffee, sugar and creamer for the coffee lovers & a variety of tea if coffee isn't your thing. There is a crock pot, blender, and mixer also. All the rooms have charging stations and up to date three prong sockets and a sound machine. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body soap, toilet paper, q-tips, and cotton balls. If you forgot your toothbrush & toothpaste, no worries, I have extras. The backyard is small but fully fenced. There is a bench and small table in the backyard along with a hammock. The front porch has two chairs and a small table. There is a washer and dryer in the unfinished basement/garage with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets. Extra towels, wash cloths, and blankets are also available in the bedrooms. The linens, blanket and pillows for the sofa sleeper are behind the loveseat. There is no need to load up on a bunch of household items as this home has it all! Other things to note The house is not conducive to accommodating persons who have trouble climbing stairs. The entrance of the home is by stairs and both bedrooms are upstairs. Absolutely no smoking in the home and no parties. There is limited parking in front of the residence, and the street is narrow. One small car would fit in the driveway and one or two cars in front of the home.
