This luxury room and private en-suite is perfect for short or long stays. It’s located across from a great pub & along from the beautiful Stewart Park. It is a 3min drive to M’bro Sports VilIage, 5min drive to James Cook University Hospital,and a15min drive to the picturesque Cleveland Hills and Roseberry Topping.Marton Train Station is only a15minute walk,with routes to the beautiful surrounding coastal towns such as Saltburn and Whitby.We are located just off A174 with easy access onto the A19 The space With its own guest entrance and its own separate staircase, this space offers a secure, comfortable and clean stay. The spacious room and bathroom provides comfortable living, with access to many facilities to make your stay feel that little bit more special. You have access to your own fridge and well stocked coffee station, and access to our utility where you can use the washing machine/dryer/iron/ironing board, microwave, hot plate and toaster. We are happy to provide milk, bread, spreads, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and the like. The room itself has a comfortable king size bed, desk and chair, sofa, armchair, TV, DVD player, storage and full length mirror, all decorated with modern furnishings and soft carpet. The bathroom has a rain shower and separate shower head, toilet, basin, storage cupboard, chair and wash basket. It also has a large fitted wardrobe with tons of hanging space and hangers. Guest bed linen and towels are provided with each stay, and more are available on request for longer stays.Access to a travel cot is also available for your little one if needed. Check in from 2pm, Check out by 11am. No smoking residence. Guest access Own guest entrance, own staircase and access to room, private tea/coffee station and fridge outside of room on landing, Private bedroom, private bathroom, and access to our utility for use off washer/dryer/iron/ironing board, microwave, hot plate and toaster. Private off road parking on driveway also. During your stay We can offer help throughout your stay and are contactable by either phone or a knock on the front door if we are home. You may encounter other guests in shared spaces if our ‘penthouse’ is booked. Mainly the staircase and utility for food prep. Other things to note Check in from 2pm, check out by 11am.
