Elegant, stylish, private bedroom in New Town

Live in a stylish bedroom with an attached full bathroom in a lovely 3-bhk flat where the owner himself lives. It is a quiet place located a little away from the buzz of Calcutta, yet well-connected to it through AC buses, uber, etc. 35 minutes from the airport. The flat is full of books, paintings and modern gadgets. Go for long walks here. NRIs, researchers and foreigners are especially welcome. I request everyone to introduce themselves before booking, incl unmarried couples. BREAKFAST INCL. The space The apartment comprises of three bedrooms of which one has been converted into a study space. You will enjoy the violet-coloured bedroom with an attached full bathroom. You can also have access to a decent-sized balcony. You can wash and dry your clothes in IFB machines. The building complex has a Spencer's supermarket opposite to it and numerous shops and eating joints (around 100 of them). If you want to enjoy the colourful street-food of Calcutta, this place would be a treat. You can go one level up to the terrace and take long walks there and get spectacular views of the city. There is a PVR cinema hall nearby and several shopping centres. You can also go for walks to a delightful new ISKCON centre nearby or walk down to neighbouring villages. The ideal guest would be a researcher or academic who is visiting Calcutta for work. Guest access You can use my large living room with an open-plan kitchen and its adjascent balcony. During your stay I will be happy to leave you to yourself but I love good conversations. I do not appreciate loud music since I am writing most of the time. If I am in the mood, I will be happy to cook a dinner for you. You are welcome to use my Alexa for music. There is no restriction on coming or going since you will have an independent key. Other things to note You just cannot misplace or lose the keys because these ones cannot be duplicated.
