Newly built modern house right by the lift in Duved

Welcome to Duved's paradise. Completely newly built house with exclusive materials in a perfect location with Byliften as the nearest neighbor. Cozy patio overlooking the hill. Here the parents sleep well in a large 180 cm bed with the children in the room next door. The hill is located directly outside the house and on the plot the children can play while the parents cook. Here no car is needed, it is only a five minute walk to the shop, restaurants, ski rental and train station. The ski bus to Åre runs 50 meters from the house. The parking is located directly in front of the house and is included in the rent. The ski bus into Åre, Ullådalen and Björnen is only fifty metres from the house. The train station towards Stockholm and Trondheim is about 400 metres from the house. Shops, restaurants, ski rental, petrol station only five minutes walk. If you are going cross-country skiing, there is a cross-country ski track just 200 metres from the house. Above E14. There are different lengths to choose from. From 2.5 km all the way up to 15 km. Electric lights are available on 2.5 5 and 7 km tracks. In the village there is a newly built padel hall and gym. About 7-8 minutes walk. In the padel hall you will also find a cozy café. Guest access You have the accommodation to yourselves but you also have access to a barbecue area next to the house that is shared with the other houses on the property. On top of that, you have your own patio right outside the door with a table and benches where you can sit and have a good dinner or why not a cup of hot chocolate with cream. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not included and will be taken by the guest. Also a kitchen towel if desired. After the stay, the house will be cleaned. Not included. Pillows and blankets for 4 people are available in the house. Note! If you wish, you can book cleaning of the house after your stay. You can take this on RUT deductions if you wish.
