The ski bus to Åre, Ullådalen and Björnen stops just 50 meters from the house. The train station towards Stockholm and Trondheim is about 400 meters away. Shops, restaurants, ski rentals, and a gas station are only a five-minute walk. If you want to cross-country ski, there is a trail just 200 meters from the house, above the E14. Various distances are available, from 2.5 km up to 15 km. The 2.5, 5, and 7 km trails have floodlighting. In the village, there is a brand-new padel hall and gym about a 7-8 minute walk away. The padel hall also features a cozy café. Guest access You have the accommodation all to yourselves but also access to a barbecue area next to the house, shared with the other homes on the property. In addition, you have your own private patio right outside the door with a table and benches where you can enjoy a nice dinner or perhaps a cup of hot chocolate with cream. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included and must be brought by the guest. Kitchen towels should also be brought if desired. Cleaning of the house is not included and must be done by the guest. Pillows and duvets for 4 people are provided in the house. Note! If you wish, you can book cleaning after your stay.
