The space This 2BR/2BA apartment is only a 4-minute drive to Parliament House! This is a self-check-in apartment so there's no need to meet someone on-site. We would love to host you! Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed while the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Wardrobes provide plenty of space including room for luggage. The 2 bathrooms both have showers, toilets and basins. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You may need to restock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. If you are craving a home-cooked meal, the kitchen is fully equipped for your use. You will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - dishwasher - French press We also stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. The living room has a 50" Samsung smart TV, which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. We don't provide Netflix and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you must use your account. You can use the laundry area. A washing machine and clothes dryer are available for your use as well as a drying rack, iron, and ironing board. The parking garage can fit 1 car. There are also limited free and paid street parking around the building. Guest access Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Other things to note Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages. Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products.
