After booking, you’ll be added to a group chat with our guest relations team, who will guide you through every step of your stay. On arrival, you can retrieve your keys from the secure lockbox outside the residence. While you’ll have the home all to yourself, our team remains available to assist with everything from local recommendations to taxi bookings, rentals, and more. Other things to note Our housekeeping team can provide you with extra services during your stay for additional charges. Our guest relations team will follow up with you from the moment you inquire about the place until the moment you check out. Kindly note that you will be handed one energy saving card attached to the apartment key upon check-in. Please remove it from the card holder once you are out of the apartment. **IMPORTANT**: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below: * Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH. * 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH. * 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH. * 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH. * Villa: 500 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 20 KWH. Should your consumption exceed these limits, a charge of 0.4 EUR per extra KWH will be applied daily.
