This is a duplex with pass thru door so you have 2 kitchens if needed and 2 living spaces if you need some private time alone. The space This property used to be a duplex but we have made accessible with a pass through door to the 3rd bedroom and 2nd bath. Door code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number. You will also have an additional kitchen living area if you need a little extra privacy. There is a grill and fire pit available for your use. Yard is fenced for your pet dog with a pet door just for them.
