Located directly between the desirable neighborhoods of Capitol Hill and Madrona. Walking distance from everything you would need: grocery stores, cafés, bars, restaurants. The space The design oscillates between the roughness of concrete countertops, warmth of cedar wood and transparency and classic look of glass. The house is a true pleasure for eyes and artistic minds. The layout consists of a main living room directly connected with kitchen. A very private bedroom that is tucked in the back of house and another bedroom that can be easily converted into an extension of the living room, making the entire space even more open and connected. Lastly, the bathroom, which is a perfect balance of black and rough & white and smooth tiles and large skylight. Located directly between the desirable neighborhoods of Capitol Hill and Madrona. Although it is 2 blocks away from two different grocery stores, 4 coffee shops, pharmacies, bars and restaurants, this two-bedroom one bath unit offers an incredible amount of privacy and much needed solitude in the city. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away and provides easy transportation to downtown and all of the hospitals around Capitol Hill. Approximately 1,300 working hours and $40k later, come enjoy the new heated floor, bbq grill, fire-pit, washer and dryer, tankless water heater, and designated off street parking. We are truly proud of how nicely this turned out and in our humble opinion believe it will be like staying in a place that is fit for a design magazine. Guest access The unit has a private entrance and the front door is unlocked with a unique electronic key code. Other things to note Hey! We have early check-in $50 fee. We love to help you guys out, but we need to consider the facts that it is causing extra rush with cleaning the house, additional usage of utilities and increasing the maintenance of the property.
