The Dogtown Loft is situated in historic Dogtown in St. Louis, Missouri. The Loft offers a private entrance, private garage parking for 2 vehicles and a very large private deck to enjoy. The St. Louis Zoo at Forest Park, meals, drinks, coffee, and entertainment are a short walk away. The Loft is kid friendly and has quick access to the highways to enjoy Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village, museums, St. Louis Science Center, the Arch, and more! Keyless entry, washer/dryer, full kitchen, & free wifi. The space This very unique loft sits atop a privately owned 12 car garage. The second floor loft is all yours and has an open floor plan that spans the length of the entire garage. You will have an oversized private parking spot ( double wide for 2 cars) in the garage with plenty of room to unload all of your belongings out of the elements. The lower garage is fully insulated as well as the upper easements, which, in turn, gives you a nice quiet space to relax in. The large deck overlooks the property and is only accessible from the loft. Guest access When you arrive and enter your key code , walk in and press the garage door button on the right and pull your vehicle in. When you pull your car in, the laundry area will be on your left. The loft is located up the stairs across from the building entrance. The rest of the downstairs garage space is used for storage, so there will be Noone to bother you.
