Adjacent is a room with a full-over-full bunk bed. These two rooms share a balcony. There is also a full bathroom with double sinks on this floor. On the third floor is a beautiful and functional, updated kitchen with a balcony, perfect for sunrise breakfasts. The dining and living area easily accommodate a house full of people in comfort and style. A further dining and lounging area can be found on the balcony, off of the living room with breathtaking views of the Intercoastal Waterway. The fourth floor is the master suite. Complete with a king bed, TV, full bath, work space, two balconies and a separate area with a twin-to-full day bed.
