Spanning 300 sq.m, our villa rests on the edge of the Tserovani village, adjacent to the captivating forest near Mtskheta. Just a 15-minute drive from Tbilisi Mall, it offers tranquility in a secluded location. With a maximum capacity of 20 guests, there are three private bedrooms and an open bedroom, comfortably accommodating 10+2 overnight guests. You're welcome to enjoy small gatherings and music with the provided speakers. The space Rental Pricing for events such as Wedding & commercial shootings is different and should be agreed in advance. The villa offers three private bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable king-size bed. Additionally, there is an open-style bedroom with one king-size bed and two single beds. This arrangement provides ample sleeping space for a total of 10 + 2 guests(2 additional extendable beds can be arranged at request), ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
