The space This comfortable and family-friendly 4BR/3BA home features a brand new HVAC system installed in 2026 and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or small groups. The main level features a full kitchen with updated appliances, granite and quartz countertops, and an open living and dining area designed for gathering after a day at the beach. Sleeping arrangements include: • Three king bedrooms • One full-over-full bunk room, perfect for kids or teens One of the upstairs king bedrooms opens to a private Gulf-view balcony, offering the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset views. A spacious deck provides beautiful Gulf views and a relaxing outdoor space to unwind. A full-size washer and dryer are included for your convenience. To make beach days easier, guests will typically find beach chairs and toys available in the garage. Items may vary depending on prior guests. Parking available for up to 3 vehicles in Afterglow: South Retreat's designated driveway. Need More Space? South Retreat can connect to the adjoining North Retreat through an interior door when both are rented, creating a combined 8BR home for larger groups. For larger gatherings, reserve both retreats to accommodate your group comfortably. Refunds are provided only if there is a mandatory evacuation order issued for the property’s location. Weather conditions, forecast uncertainty, or voluntary cancellations do not qualify for refunds outside of our standard cancellation policy. Primary renter must be at least 21 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.
