Guest access Covered porch/Terrace on main building is public space and you have access to it as well as the outdoor dining area, and swimming pool. During your stay We live onsite and are here to address any problems or questions that you may have. We will serve up your complimentary breakfast of the day with this reservation. Other things to note 1. No smoking inside the apartment. You may smoke on the outdoor spaces where it does not affect other people. 2. This is NOT a pet friendly accommodation. Owners live onsite and are allergic to pets. We also have a great diversity of wildlife that would otherwise not be here if dogs and cats are present and allowed to roam free. 3. Breakfast a la carte can be purchased for $10/person, or you can choose the breakfasts of the day for free with this accommodation. Dinners are also available with minimum 1 days advance notice, please inquire for menu choices and prices. 4. Garbage needs to be sorted and placed into the deposit area located on the driveway behind the restaurant. We do not have garbage pick up and therefore we try to separate and recycle everything. 5. Just remember to treat our place as you would your own. we respect the environment and nature. also, please don't feed stray or wild animals. 6. If you are at the restaurant, please do not enter the kitchen. This area is for staff only, thanks. 7. Laundry services are available for an additional cost.
