Chris and Ana welcome you to La Casita, a peaceful, air-conditioned haven 5 minutes from Carcassonne by car. Enjoy the private garden to relax in the hammock or garden furniture, in peace. All the comfort is provided for a pleasant and carefree stay, ideal for visiting the city. Free parking in front of the property. 12 min walk and 2 min drive to the hospital. A relative hospitalized? Contact us for a preferential rate The space The accommodation on the ground floor has a living room and a bar where you can eat, a microwave, a Senseo coffee machine, an air fryer for 2 people, and a teapot at your disposal. The bathroom has a shower. On the mezzanine, there is a double bed with comfortable bedding. La Casita is fully air-conditioned. Outside, you can enjoy the garden with a terrace and a hammock. No additional fees to be expected, bed linen and towels provided, cleaning fees included. The casita is ideal for 2 people. It is also possible for a 3rd person, and in this case, there is an additional charge of €15, and this person will sleep on the sofa bed located on the ground floor. In the event that 2 people book the casita and wish to have an additional bed (sofa bed on the ground floor), linens will be provided. For a change of bed linen and towels in the event of a long stay, you will be charged €10. If you want to sleep only in the pull-out bed without sleeping on the mezzanine, that is also possible. Parties are not allowed at the casita. We do not recommend access to La Casita for children under 4 years old or for the elderly, due to the spiral staircase, which can pose a risk of falling. However, they can sleep on the ground floor on the sofa bed if they wish. Our two cats, Niris, tortoiseshell, and Oreo, black with white spots on the belly, may come to welcome you when you visit the casita's garden. Guest access You will have the possibility of independent access to the accommodation thanks to the key box and parking is easy and free in front of the casita. For those coming by motorcycle, you will have the option to park them in our private courtyard, next to La Casita. Other things to note There is NO HOB, however a small airfryer (2 people) and an electric barbecue outside are available. Neither is there a TV. No smoking is allowed inside the listing. Microwave and wifi available. A playground for children and picnic area is close to the casita. We do not want pets.
