Enjoy a break from the city in this peaceful beautiful escape. The guest cabin is simple but wants for nothing. Cozy furniture, a wood burning stove, complete kitchen and wifi/smart TV make the house a great place to spend time. But the real draw here is the outdoors! Built on a private lake next to the main house on our 25 acre property you are sure to have the utmost privacy and quiet while here. An outdoor fire pit on the lake and access to park trail heads are just the beginning! The space The cabin is the guest house on our 25 acre property. It’s set within site if the main house but both residences feel super private, we’ve intentionally left a good amount of trees between the two for privacy. The cabin is a full one bedroom house complete with living room, queen bed and full kitchen. It’s super cozy and decorated by our very best friends who made it the space it is during the pandemic. And while it has all modern comforts it is an older cabin with original fixtures. If you’re expecting a hotel, this is probably not the place for you. Guest access You’ll have access to all the outdoor spaces but it is shared with our main house. We’re not always there but even if we are you’ll still feel in a world of your own. You’re welcome to wander the woods, enjoy the lakeside fire pit or cut across our property to the adjoining trailhead at anytime! Other things to note **Please note** we are located up a mountain road and while the main road and our driveway get plowed in inclement weather, all wheel or four wheel drive vehicles can be necessary at times in the winter. **Please Note** We are very much in the woods and in warmer weather there will definitely be bugs outside. Ticks are very common so please make sure to check yourself and your pets!
