This property is just a 3-minute walk from the E2 bus stop, making it easy to explore the city centre and the seaside. Two supermarkets, several cafes, several restaurants, a bar, and a bank are all just a short walk away. Private parking in the yard is available, with space for 3 cars. Guest access Guests will have full access to all the ground floor, the yard and garden. No permission to the upstairs. No permission to use gas stoves. Other things to note Strictly NO SMOKING & NO EVENT. Guests are welcome to prepare simple meals using the oven, microwave, and other available appliances. For safety reasons, the use of gas stoves is not allowed.
