BATHROOMS Two updated bathrooms with spacious vanities, walk-in showers, plush towels, and essential toiletries. KITCHEN & LIVING A bright, modern kitchen with stainless appliances, and a sleek island for casual dining. OUTSIDE SPACE The private backyard is your personal resort: swim in the pool, soak in the spa, practice your short game on the putting green, or relax in shaded lounges. Where designer style meets fun at every turn. ★ Guest access As a guest, you will have access to all the amenities, including the swimming pool, spa, laundry facilities, pool table, and more. There is parking available both in the driveway and garage. If you’re traveling with little ones, you’ll find everything to keep them happy, including a Pack ’n Play, a high chair, children’s dinnerware, and board games! This comfortable house is single-level, meaning you won’t have to climb any stairs. To provide keyless and contactless check-in, there’s a smart lock on-site, so your group can enter easily without fumbling with keys. Other things to note WE REQUIRE 3 THINGS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING. NO EXCEPTIONS (Links to all 3 items below will be provided in your reservation confirmation message) 1. Complete the Guest ID Verification (just like any hotel) We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. PLEASE NOTE that before your booking is fully confirmed, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Don’t worry, our process is short and simple. Please have your government-issued ID (passport, driving license, ID card etc.) nearby. You will need to submit a copy just like you would at a hotel. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a small $35 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. 2. Digitally sign our rental agreement 3. Complete Guest Arrival Form PET POLICIES (Only Dogs Allowed) Dog Amenities, Fees, and Policies: - $150 Pet Fee - 2 Dogs Maximum (must receive pre-approval from host) - No Puppies - Must be fully potty trained - Back yard is fenced (be sure to always check that all gates are closed) - Must be on leash at all times when outside of fenced in back yard - Must pick up all dog waste, tie it up in doggie bag, and dispose of it in large trash cans outside garage (no waste in indoor trash cans) - No dogs allowed in the pool or spa - Guest must control dog barking when outside to respect neighbors - Dogs are to follow quiet hours, just like humans, from 9:30pm to 8:00am - Any unattended pets must be left in a crate when guests are not in direct supervision. Any damage to the homes doors, walls, flooring, furniture, or linens, etc due to lack of supervision or crating the pet, will result in additional charges for repair. - Guest must report any damage to host immediately - Dog Amenities Provided: 2 food bowls, 2 water bowls, 2 leashes, poop bags, 1 large crate, dog pee pads, 1 medium size dog bed The outdoor pool is serviced every Tuesday! POOL HEATING INFO & FEE (Note: Heating is optional, please request) Casa Dulce is fitted with a propane heater with heat set at a consistent 87 degrees – the ideal pool temperature we've found. (Please note: Many pools in Scottsdale use heat pumps that struggle to reach temperatures above 80 degrees, particularly in Winter months, so please be aware.) If you plan to use the pool during your stay, we recommend heating the pool if booking between October-May. (Heating is not required June-Sept) Pool Heat Fee: $75/night with a 3 night minimum Propane tanks are provided. Guest is responsible for filling or re-filling the tanks.
