Jacuzzi is available all year round The space beds The beds are prepared taking into account the following arrangement: for every two people, there is a double bed. For example, for 2 people there is 1 double bed, while for 4 people there are 2 double beds. If you have any special needs regarding the preparation of beds or sheets, please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival. In the absence of specific requests, we will not be responsible for any inadequacies in the preparation of the beds. Heating According to the provisions of the law, the use of heating is allowed from October 15 to April 15 at a maximum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius, the use of air conditioning from May 1 to September 30 at a minimum temperature of 23 degrees Celsius outside the periods indicated above and in the opposite mode (cold after October 15 and hot after May 1) the system will not operate Guest access documents The day before arrival, guests must send a copy of the main page of their ID (passport, ID card, or driver's license) via WhatsApp or Airbnb chat, because the host must register the data with the relevant authorities. If the awning is left open overnight, in bad weather or in the absence of guests and this results in the breakage of the arms or the awning, the guest will be held responsible for the damage. The cost of replacing the awning arms is approximately €1,000 The cost for replacing the awning is about €1000 tourist tax The tourist tax is required by the municipality of Perledo for tourists staying at the accommodation facilities, the amount is €3 per  night for each adult person (over 12 years of age) e.g. 2 people for 2 nights = 12 euros 2 people for 3 nights = 18 euros etc. The accommodation tax rate is already included in the rent. garbage On the day of check-out (or the night before), please collect the trash by separating wet plastic glass, etc., and placing the waste in the appropriate containers in the house as indicated in the check-in instructions. Failure to comply with this rule may result in an additional cleaning fee of €30. Those who bring animals with them and they relieve themselves, are required to remove them.
