The apartment comes with a huge patio/terrace which encompasses a covered outdoor bar complete with a charcoal fired barbecue grill. All the bedrooms, study and the dining areas overlook the Carambolim bird sanctuary which is flanked by the famous Carambolim lake on one side and paddy fields owned by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) on the other. The penthouse has a modern well designed open kitchen and counter top which is equipped with a big refrigerator, gas stove with two burners, water filter, hand held mixer, Oven and Toaster Grill. Other inbuilt facilities/appliances include, washing machine with dryer, air conditioners and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, study, living and drawing areas, latest 56 inch television set with free access to Amazon prime and Netflix accounts,, high speed internet, iron box, water heaters in all bathrooms and storage wardrobes in all bedrooms. For the children we have a Carrom board with other board games. The study is equipped with a work station and a book shelf with some reading materials Guest access The guests will have access to the allotted Bedrooms and entire general area including the outdoor deck, kitchen, dining and living rooms areas. They can also access the common areas in the gated condominium including the allotted parking space, swimming pool and gymnasium subject to certain conditions pertaining mainly to decorum and etiquette. Other things to note The guests will be checked in by my friend who lives in the neighboring penthouse. He has the keys to my place and will brief you about the house rules and other dos and donts. In case you don’t feel like whipping up your breakfast, the same including Goa’s popular street breakfast Ras Omelette can be ordered from Nearby restaurants.
