HUGE 2 Story Artist Loft w/ Pool Table in LA

Great location in the heart of DTLA. Perfect for a small group of friends! The loft is located above a restaurant in the lovely hidden gem in DTLA called St Vincent Court. You will find delis, cafes, Mediterranean and Middle Eastern restaurants right outside the door. It is also in the St Vincent Jewelry Center the worlds largest jewelry center! Please read the entire listing, house rules, and have researched the Historic Core before booking to ensure you are comfortable with the area. The space Huge 2600 sqft loft. This space has 3 sleeping areas with 6 full sized beds (2 private bedrooms and an open layout loft area), a full kitchen, full bathroom with a shower, bar area, plenty of seating, 2 TVs, a pool table, and ping pong table! This place is definitely weird, but in the best way possible! If that's not your thing, then this may not be the place for you. Guest access Guests have access to the entire space. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES! If you are found to have a party your reservation will be cancelled immediately without refund and you will be fined $800. EXACT ADDRESS WILL BE SENT ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED. (The building has multiple addresses, the address in the pin is the front of the building but the only available entrance is through the back.) The code to the lockbox won't be given any earlier than 24 hours before your check in. The loft is above a restaurant in St. Vincent Ct, a quaint alleyway in the bustling Jewelry District. During the day lots of restaurants will be open. Our max capacity is 10 no exceptions. Everyone entering the property must be on the reservation. No visitors. Please make sure you add everyone in the guest count. Keep in mind there is a $35 fee per guest per night after 4 guests. DO NOT EXCEED 10 GUESTS. The city has very strict guest capacity laws, we could lose our license to rent. We have a nest camera outside the door that will monitor guest count. This device records 24/7. NO cameras inside property. For photoshoots/film please inquire about rates & availability. Dogs are welcome (NO CATS). There is a one time fee of $75 per dog, 2 dog max. There is no designated parking, however we can recommend affordable parking in the area. The loft is located in a popular filming location(this will not affect your stay) The cleaning fee only covers standard cleaning. Anything excessive will incur an additional fee. When you check out, be sure to collect ALL of your trash and put it in the large trash can, wash your dishes, and return the keys to the lockbox. Registration Details HSR22-003496
