Our rental comes with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths, an indoor fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, and two living rooms with Smart TVs for streaming. Wi-Fi, self check-in, game room, poker table, washer and dryer, and a HOT TUB! - we've got everything you need. Enjoy deer and nature watching on one of our 4 patios! One king master bedroom with en suite bathroom. One king bedroom with bathroom just steps away. One bunk room with 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and two trundle twin beds (Bathroom directly across the hall). 8 beds total : 2 king, 2 full, 4 twin. Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Kitchen stocked with all equipment you see will need plus more like Ice Cream Maker, Air Fryer, and Crockpot. Dishwasher - starter pack of Cascade Pods included. Bunk room has a pack n play with extra cushioned mattress. Please be careful if you use the trundle beds. Game room includes Darts, XBOX One, Foosball, and a retro sit down arcade game that includes more than 400 games, and also NFL Blitz Arcade game! Upstairs poker table with 5 chairs, poker table can turn upside to be an extra dining or board/card game table. Grill included on side patio right off the kitchen/dining room. 5 Smart TVs - one in each living room and one in each bedroom. (Feel free to login to your accounts, just remember to log off. Welcome to the Coosawattee River Resort located in Ellijay, GA! Many fun activities within the resort including Beaver Lake -Fishing Pond, 5 parks with camping and riverside picnic tables/pavilions, 3 pools: Riverside and Foxhound Pool are outside and only can be used during Memorial Day-Labor Day, the 3rd pool is an indoor pool at the Coosawattee River Resort Recreation Center which also hosts mini golf, gym, tennis/pickleball courts, and basketball courts. There is a punch card needed for the amenities, so if you could like to use them just let us know! This home is located in the Coosawattee River Resort, paved roads are 20 MPH and unpaved roads are 10 MPH. This resort is a mountain resort, there will be some curvy roads and as well as hills. All roads that lead to the Lazy Deer Lodge are paved and completely safe, no rough terrain to get to our home. This cabin is family friendly, but not baby proof. It is a two story home. We do have one baby gate which is located in the bunk room downstairs. No pets allowed! There will be a charge if we find out you had a pet at the home. **Can fit 12 guests, if two people sleep on full bunk together**
