Guest access Though we allow self check-in during late night check-ins, we prefer to meet our guests to welcome them personally. Just tell us which one you prefer. Due to the current pandemic, ADB Avenue Tower main entrance is open until 8:00pm, after which, guests shall enter the Topaz Road entrance. As of now, Guests are required to get a pass first before accessing the swimming pools and gym area located at Level 2U. Access is based on the availability. Swimming pool is not available on Mondays as it undergoes cleaning and maintenance on this day. There is no parking slot that comes along with the unit but there are paid Parking near the ADB Avenue Tower and at Robinsons Galleria. Other things to note 1. Kindly turn off the lights and aircon when you go out the unit, preferably unplug appliances from the power outlets. 2. To avoid inconvenience of repair during your stay: *Do not throw tissue or sanitary pads in the toilet bowl. *Always throw food debris in the trash bin and use kitchen sink strainer during washing to avoid debris getting stuck in the pipes. 3. Please put your garbage bags in the bin located at the Service lift/elevator, next to unit 38K. 4.
