The space This accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has a beautiful living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with toilet, two bedrooms. The apartment: Located on the ground floor, the accommodation consists of the following: Day Area: - A beautiful bright living room with a seating area with a convertible sofa bed (2 pull-out beds 80x190), a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate up to 4 guests. - A kitchen area, fully equipped: refrigerator, glass-ceramic plates 2 fires, microwave grill, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker. - Bathroom with shower, basin, toilet, hair dryer, hair dryer. Night area: - Bedroom: one 140x190 double bed with TV and fan Common areas: - individual ski locker in common room on the ground floor - Laundromat on the ground floor Household products are at your disposal. Activities: In winter, a multitude of activities around gliding is available to you on the Superbagnères ski area with 32 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tobogganing but also paragliding or gliding to discover the region from the sky! From March to October, relax with a spa treatment in the heart of the sumptuous Parc des Quinconces! In summer, you can discover the many hiking circuits: Cazarilh-Laspène, Gouffre d 'Enfer, Le Pic de Céciré... Take the opportunity to stroll on the shores of Lake Oô and admire the splendid view of the Haut-Garonnais peaks or go on a trail or climb! Many other activities and events are available to you: mini golf, golf, football, theater, concert, Tour de France, Festival des Plantes, Festival des Fleurs, Christmas market, mountain biking and water sports... Other things to note - Pets allowed at an extra charge of €50 for the stay for anti allergy disinfection after the stay. - Non-smoking accommodation. - The accommodation has free WiFi. - Bed linen, towels, tea towels are not included. - Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenants who must return the accommodation in the same condition as they found it and clean to immediately accommodate a new rental.
