En-Suite Loft Room in a Shared House

Fantastic loft room with generous floor space in the heart of St Werburghs. Plenty of storage, a desk to work and small private en suite bathroom. The house has shared living space, kitchen and main bathroom. Just a 20 minute walk from Cabot Circus and with easy access to the M32, it is an ideal base for those coming to the city to work/study/city breaks. A warm welcome to European/international guests. Original art, by local artists, throughout. Guests are also welcome to relax in the garden. The space Bedroom 4 (upstairs, door opposite bathroom) - Lockable, by key. The room is furnished with a small double bed (120 x 190cm), desk and chair and ample storage, chest of drawers, wardrobe and generous floor space. There is a small en suite bathroom with a sink and toilet (the toilet is quite low to the floor compared with a standard toilet). The bath is covered and not in use. Small oil-filled heater. Electric fan. Being a loft, the following considerations should be noted: - the room is accessed by a fairly narrow private staircase (see photos); - the ceiling is sloping both to the north and south aspects including in the en suite bathroom. Be careful not to hit your head! - the windows are Velux style. To open and close, twist overhead handle gentle. See You Tube videos. Do not force the windows. Please be gentle with moving the blackout blinds up and down. The rest of the house is shared with other guests and sometimes the Host. There is a large, south-facing sitting room, with stripped pine floor and sofa, table and tv. French doors to the garden. Pale grey painted concrete table area adjoining the kitchen. Kitchen has all basic amenities - cooker, microwave, under-counter fridge. Additional food storage area in open-box shelving just through to the sitting room. Washing machine and tumble dryer - also washing line outside for fine days. Bathroom on first floor has over-bath shower and storage shelves. South-facing garden / yard with table and chairs.
