Enjoy a peaceful stay in a private bed and bath suite with all of the comforts of home. This bedroom features a queen size bed and an attached full bathroom. The house resides in a quiet neighborhood and is within driving distance of Summit Motorsports Park, Cedar Point, Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, and Lake Erie Shores & Islands. The general living areas of the house are shared spaces. The space Single story home with basement. Must climb two stairs upon entering house. Multiple rooms available for rent so there may be other guests. Living room, kitchen, additional bathroom, and basement media room are shared spaces. Guest access Access to kitchen, living room, and basement media room in addition to private suite. During your stay Host lives on-site and may be in and out of the home throughout your stay. Any questions please feel free to ask in person or on the app. Other things to note I regularly host family and friends for dinner and/or game nights in the shared common spaces. I’ll give you a heads up if I’m planning on having other guests. If you are around and would like to join us just let me know and you are welcome to! Your personal space and quiet hours will always be respected by everyone. All the basic amenities are provided and furnishing/decorating the home is a work in progress. Walls are not sound-proof and floors can be squeaky so if you are a light sleeper it is recommended to bring a fan or sound machine.
