The space This home is located on a corner lot within a coldesace. Fully fenced backyard with plenty of parking available. Virginia Beach Ocean front is about 40-45 minutes from this location. This ranch home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, Large Sun Room used as family fun center, Dining & family room with a 70 inch TV with Surround sound for your enjoyment. There are an futon & sofa at the property. Number of guests allow may not match the amount of beds & sofa's at the property. Must use your own judgement. Washer & Dryer & limited detergent available & for guests. Full kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and Kcup coffee maker including limited complimentary coffee. Limited Pots & Pans provided. King, Queen & Full size beds each have smart TV's & chairs. Small rack and closets shelves for clothes storage in each room. Sun/play room offers large windows of views of the private backyard with playground set. Mobile a/c & heater provided for that room. Or windows can be opened for cooling. Kids must be supervised at all times. The home is located near a creek and every so often a water bug appears because of the ground moisture. Guest access Self-Check-in the day of arrival. Early check-in may be available. Be sure to ask about availability. Enjoy this quiet neighborhood with plenty off street parking in the available spaces directly in front of the house & driveway. Easy access to major interstates & tunnels. Exterior front and side of home monitored. Guests has full access to the large sun room/play/Entertainment Room with large windows for relaxing, dining area, kitchen & family room spaces. Limited Towels/rags/blankets provided. No extras. Sunroom offer portable central cooling or heating. Cameras: There are two Exterior Ring Cameras located on the property for safety & security. They record both audio & video. One in front & one on the side of the house. We also use the cameras to monitor unauthorized guests and rule violations. Guests have total privacy in the rear & inside of the house for family personal time. Noise level detection WITH NO video or audio recording may be used for the inside and in the rear of house. Pests: Like any place we cannot control outside pests in the environment. We have a pest free residence and have regular treatments to ensure it stays that way. However, some pets enter the home on rare occasions. (mosquitos, ants, water bugs, slugs) Be sure to closes door promptly and control spills & trash. Propane tanks: There are two tanks onsite available for use and must stay. They may or may not contain enough propane during your stay. Guests must refill and/or exchange as needed for personal use. Wawa gas station has a easy self-exchange station.
