Broom, dust pan, mop, and rags are also provided for your basic cleaning (or as necessary). ****As per directive from the property management team, certain amenities at the Flair Tower can be used with charge (Gym-P100/day, function rooms-upon request, basketball court-P200/hour, swimming pool-P200/person per day) while some can be used for free such as the roof deck (ahhh! The lounges are cool at night), the playground and the park. ** Per new condo management policy, pool access for guests are only every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thursday is closed for maintenance and Friday to Sunday are reserved to home owners ** Pets are allowed with a minimal fee of P300 (per stay) that goes 100% to our cleaning staff. Guests are not allowed during Fridays to Sundays and Holidays.
