Cabin Room access to POOL

This idyllic retreat offers a blend of tranquility, surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, perfect for serenity, allowing you to escape the hustle and bustle while still being within easy reach to the city. Embrace the Scandinavian charm, cook in the fresh air at the BBQ, while admiring our lush gardens, and enjoy alfresco meals. Or while family cool off at the pool or challenge with ping pong game. SHARED AREAS in separate building : Bathrooms Sink/kitchenette (no stove available). The space This cabin has its own entrance with a double sofa bed (140 cm bread). It’s up to 2 guests. It has tv, wardrobe, dining area and office space. There is also a foldable dining table outside with 2 foldable chair, that can be moved inside of course. The cabin is located at the backyard, behind the pool. The unit has access to 2 shared bathrooms in a separe building , at the host’s family house, (20m away), where the host family lives permanently. The bathrooms can be used of course at any time. No kitchen access. Outside can cook in BBQ and a small plate if not raining, May - Oct. Inside the unit you will have your own microwave, kettle, toaster and a small refrigerator with freezer (only microwave cooking and toaster allowed inside). At the garage building on the first floor, there are kitchen utensils, silverware, porcelain, sink to do the dishes, recycling area, high shelf for iron, hair dryer, kids high chair and other amenities. Access to shared outdoor areas incl pool, Jun-Sep Note that there is not AC. Fan is available at the units. Note: due to allergies, we are unable to host any animals, which include any pets, Service Animals or Emotional Support. They are not allowed at the property, indoors or outdoors. Guest access 2 Shared Bathrooms, located in separate building, at the host’s main house, where the host family lives. Not allowed to go the upper floor of the main family’s house. Outdoor areas: pool, sitting places, BBQ, Pool. Access to the garage where there is a sink to do the dishes, recycling area, and area for kitchen utensils, silverware, porcelain, glades, iron, hair dryer, between others. Other things to note There is microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and a small refrigerator/freezer available. There is access to a place to clean the dishes with all silverware and kitchen utensils available (There are plates, glasses, cutlery, and some more kitchen utensils available at the garage). Note that there is not kitchen access, there’s is not ventilation for preparing hot food, therefore it is not allowed to prepare hot food in anything else than microwave or to make toasts, coffee, tea. If desired, end cleaning can be requested upon agreement, for an extra cost 500kr. There is access to laundry at extra cost of 50kr per load We keep temperate at the room at max 20 C due to high energy cost. Not allowed in cold weather to keep windows open for longer period, the sensors of the hitter will turn it off. Towels, and bed lines are provided at the begging of the stay We offer possibility to charge your electric car in our charging station at additional price, 5 kr/kWh 2 bikes available for guests use (Please let us know in advance to ensure availability) 2 Kayaks (two person per kayak) (inflatables) available at additional price, 300 kr/day
