153 Tulips Home is a newly renovated house in a quiet residential area out of traffic but convenient to reach Venice by direct bus in about 20 minutes. Marco Polo airport is a 7-minute drive away and the center of Mestre can be reached in about 20/30 minutes by tram. A shopping area with supermarkets, bars, a pizzeria/restaurant and a takeaway pizzeria is a 2-minute walk away. The house does not have private parking, but there is a free public parking lot 200 meters away. The space The house is spread over 2 floors: on the ground floor is the kitchen while on the first floor is the bathroom and the bedroom. The only way to access the first floor is via the stairs. There is a small private patio in front of the house. (car parking is not available) Guest access Let us know your arrival time, we will welcome you in person. Other things to note The house is located in a residential area where respect for hours of silence from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am is required. Therefore, you are required to pay particular attention to this rule during your stay!
