Our charmingly decorated one bedroom beach rental is on the upper level of a 2 story beach house. It is just steps away from the beach and Lake Michigan. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing an elegant dinner or quick snack. This unique rental is well cared for and comfortable. The gradual sandy beach is excellent for swimming and the sunsets from the south shore of Lake Michigan are incredible. Minimum stay in the off season: 2-4 nights Minimum stay in the peak season: 7 nights. Other things to note Hiking trails in the State park and National park vary in length and difficulty but are all wonderful for both hiking and cross country skiing. There are also excellent sledding hills nearby. Other close by sights include historic Chelberg Farm, Westchester Township History Museum, Zao Island Amusement Park, Taltree Arboretum, Calumet Bike Trail, Imagination Glen with a BMX race track and a 10 mile Outback Mountain Bike Trail and Broken Wagon Bison Farm and many more wonderful places to explore and activities to delight.
